devDisko is the personal website of ZWJ. It is essentially a place where I can post my thoughts on web development and technology in general. It also acts as my online resume and home base for development projects.
From time to time you may see an article on some fix that I’ve come across or a review of some gadget or album. Some of the topics that I might ramble about may or may not include… Wordpress, Joomla!, Magento, Apple, Music, Technology, Zenphoto, Hybrid, Websites, JomSocial, Forum Software etc.
In the near future I plan to include a forum, video tutorials, podcasts, website reviews, contributors and many, many more exciting things.
You can check out some of the other sites I’ve created along with my partner in pantomime – Pierrette. Everything I’ve learned about building websites has come out of searching for a solution to problems I encountered while building these.

Phauxshow – On line Art Gallery with over 200 artists and 2000 images that we built and run.
Anonymous Pond – Just a place where we post some political images every now and then.
Sophistry & Illusion – Pierrette’s philosophy blog.
Critteristic – Popular (almost half a million page views a month) animal photo site that we put together for laughs.
Progressive Banners – Progressive ad site in the alpha stage.
MCMXXII – Super hip fashion forum to be formally launched soon! What can I say I am stylistically inept but I love forums and though it could be fun.
Other People’s Websites that I’ve Built
More Big Brother – Expansive social network based on the TV show. I updated this site from Joomla! 1.0 to Joomla! 1.5 then added JomSocial (community) and Kunena (forum). Finally, I gave it a whole new look based on a template by Joomlart.
The Real News – I created a custom e-commerce template for this Canadian independent news website.

I have expert level experience working with Joomla!, WordPress, Magento, bbPress, JomSocial, Kunena and ZenPhoto. I could easily familiarize myself with your CMS of choice and either build you a site from the bottom up or work on your live project.
